Dynamic Kickboxing
Dynamic Kickboxing is a fitness based martial arts class designed to instill the fundamentals of Thai Boxing and pad holding technique without contact. If you are interested in getting fit and learning authentic Thai Boxing techniques without the bruises, this could be the class for you. The curriculum is designed by WMTA Light Heavyweight World Thaiboxing Champion Nick Kara, and self defence and fitness expert Jeremy Ta'kody. Extremely popular for both men and women, Dynamic Kickboxing is one of the major attractions of Malvern Martial Arts.

Female Fitness Kickboxing
Female Fitness Kickboxing is an exciting non-contact style of kickboxing designed for women. Learn high energy box and kick drills without the bruises. Suitable for complete beginners, Female Fitness Kickboxing also incporporates the latest in body sculpting, fat burninig workouts. Unwind from your busy day and let off steam on focus pads, kick shields and boxing bags in this fun and fitness session. This class is designed to burn calories, give you the FUNdamentals of Kickboxing, as well as improved fitness, confidence, balance and flexibility.

Muay Thai Kickboxing
Muay Thai Kickboxing is one of the most physically demanding sports on earth. An awesome workout in its own right, our Muay Thai classes include semi-contact sparring and extensive combat related drills. The curriculum is designed by former WMTA Light Heavyweight World Thaiboxing Champion Nick Kara, and Mixed Martial Arts expert Jeremy Ta'kody. Technical assistance in authentic Muay Thai is also given by Ting Anan, Malvern Martial Arts resident Thai Trainer and expert padholder. Ting also instucts in traditional Thaiboxing elements such as the Wai Kru, a traditional ceremony performed prior to competetion. Ting is a former stadium champion of Thailand with over 100 fights to his name. Karate for Kids
Karate for kids is a fantastic introduction to self discipline for children aged 5-10. Including Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, the curriculum is designed to instil fundamental self defence techniques as well as the ABC's of success, Attitude, Behaviour and Character. Children also benefit from increased self confidence, coordination, balance and control.

Kung Fu
Kung Fu is a traditional martial art which focuses on practical self defence and a wholistic to health and fitness.
